Our Classes

Our Classes are broken down into 6 different categories; CARDIO, STRENGTH, INTERVAL, DANCE, MIND & BODY and CORE. Each category has different classes running from HIIT to Ricky Hatton Boxing and from Kettles to Legs, Bums & Tums.We have a variety of classes to help reach your goal whether it is to simply tone up or get ripped!

The classes are split into two sessions: Morning and Evening classes starting from 6am til 9pm, so you don’t miss out from working out for whatever the reason!
